## Founder

UET GPT was built and is maintained by **Ibrahim Salman** ([github.com/Ibrahim-Salman19](https://github.com/Ibrahim-Salman19), [portfolio](https://ibrahimsalman.vercel.app)), who designed the RAG retrieval pipeline, the crawler infrastructure, and the calculator tools.
